Each week we are going to have NFL analysts, media personalities and other podcast hosts give us their Chiefs Predictions. We take a look at Madden 2018 as well.

Here is our week seventeen pregame and predictions.

Matt Williamson – National NFL Analyst – Obviously this is a tough game to pick, as we don’t exactly know how much Kansas City will play their key players. Meanwhile, the Broncos are playing for their collective jobs and we know that Denver can be a tough place to play. Obviously I don’t feel strongly about it. Broncos 17, Chiefs 16

Connor Rogers – Host of the Sticktofootball Podcast – In a game where the Chiefs might rest starters, the Broncos squeak out a meaningless win. Broncos 10, Chiefs 17

Mike Renner, Senior Analyst ProFootballFocus.com – The Chiefs could and likely should sit a handful of starters this week. Luckily for them, their backups are likely still better than many of the Broncos starters offensively. Broncos 13, Chiefs 16

Carrington Harrison – 610 Sports – This one is tough to call bc the game doesn’t matter for the Chiefs and Denver checked out a long time ago. I’m going to side with KC because they’ll have the QB advantage. Broncos 13, Chiefs 24

A quick review of the Pressure Points for this weeks game.

Cody Tapp – SportsRadio 810 – Not much to play for but Denver is a mess and Lynch can’t play. Chiefs win it and get to double digit wins. Broncos 14, Chiefs 24

Mark Schofield – Locked on Patriots Senior Analyst – Close game and some starters get rested in the second half, but Kansas City fans catch a glimpse of the future when Mahomes wins the game in the fourth quarter. Broncos 20, Chiefs 21

Ryan Tracy, Locked on Chiefs Senior Analyst – Patrick Mahomes first start comes in Denver and is not flawless. Despite that, team pulls out a win on the road to finish the regular season. Broncos 13, Chiefs 31

Chris Clark, Locked on Chiefs Senior Analyst – I feel good about the Chiefs offense for the most part headed into this game but without Hill, Kelce, and the whole offensive lines it’s hard to be overly optimistic. Broncos 24, Chiefs 17

A look from the world of Madden 2018

Madden 2018 – I tried to make it as close to realistic as possible with subbing the Chiefs backups in including Patrick Mahomes. Unfortunately that isn’t looking good but the game is played by actual players and not players with ratings that haven’t changed because they haven’t played much this season. Broncos 30, Chiefs 3

Chiefs head coach Andy Reid ended mini-camp a day early, in part because he has seen impressive progress from quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

The Defense’s change ramps up. I review each level of the defense, looking at players Chris Jones, Derrick Nnadi, Justin Houston, Breeland Speaks, Dee Ford, Eric Berry Reggie Ragland and Armani Watts.

The front 7 gets nasty and the secondary is making plays. Linebackers remain the core of the squad.
